After serving 6 years in the United States Navy as an Electronic Technician, Cecil obtained his degree in Business Management while working in the telecommunications industry. He has held several management positions during his career in manufacturing, including Technical Supervisor, Master Scheduling Manager and Operations Manager. Cecil joined the LSI team as Operations Manager in 2004 and was appointed Executive Director in April 2005. Cecil grew up in Bedford County and lives in Lynchburg City with his wife Donna, they have two grown sons.
